Welcome Message from the President

Dear Colleagues,

It is a pleasure to invite you to the EULAR 2026 Congress, taking place in London from 3–6 June 2026.

Since 1947, EULAR has been a driving force in advancing rheumatology, with its annual congress serving as a key platform for collaboration among patients, healthcare professionals, researchers, and industry partners.

More than a scientific meeting, the congress connects research with real-world clinical practice through interactive sessions, workshops, and discussions aimed at improving patient outcomes. Building on the success of EULAR 2025, this year’s programme will address key challenges and explore new directions in research and care.

Scientific Programme

Held at ExCeL London, the programme covers the full spectrum of rheumatic diseases through a mix of research-focused and clinical sessions, along with hands-on training and expert discussions.

Dedicated sessions include:

  • PARE
  • HPR
  • Paediatric (Paed)
  • EMEUNET

These ensure inclusive representation and collaboration across the field.

Congress Committee

The congress is guided by a 31-member international committee led by Prof. Daniel Aletaha and Prof. Xenofon Baraliakos, supported by Prof. Bimba Hoyer and Associate Prof. Helga Lechner-Radner.

The committee brings together expertise from clinical practice, research, education, and patient communities to deliver a comprehensive and high-quality scientific programme.
