- Criteria for Disputes
Chargeback requests are strictly reserved for instances involving unauthorized credit card use or verifiable billing errors. We strongly recommend contacting our support team directly before initiating a bank dispute, as we are often able to resolve issues more efficiently.
- Exclusions from Chargebacks
Disputes are not considered valid if the services were successfully rendered as described. Additionally, chargebacks cannot be used to bypass established cancellation policies or refund timelines that were agreed upon at the time of booking.
