All reservations processed via Meetingservices are executed through MCI Group and Maritz Global Events. By utilizing our platform, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the specific booking, cancellation, and refund protocols established by these partners.

Refunds may be issued under the specific circumstances listed below:
- Cancellations submitted within the allowable timeframe defined in your service agreement.

- Non-Refundable Scenarios
